Net Zero：

This is a more macro-level goal, usually referring to achieving net-zero carbon emissions on a global scale. It not only involves carbon dioxide but also includes other greenhouse gases. The goal of carbon neutrality is to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions globally, through emission reductions and offsetting measures, to avoid irreversible damage to the global climate.

Both of these goals aim to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate the impacts of climate change. Carbon neutrality focuses more on achieving net-zero emissions within an individual or specific organization's scope, while carbon zero (Net Zero) is a broader, global-level target for net-zero emissions.
